Sports Recap: October 16th-31st

Varsity Football: The team fights hard for two weeks, and beat the Yukon Millers on a game winning drive by the score of 50-49! Unfortunately, starting quarterback Dayton Wolfe injured his knee late in the game and missed next week’s match at Edmond Santa Fe. The team would go onto lose against the wolves in a rainy match.

JV/F Football:  Going in to play Yukon, the freshman have high hopes to increase their record with another win. Unfortunately they earn another loss by the score of 43-18 against the Millers.The team pushes hard against their adversity, but still falls short versus Edmond Santa Fe next week.

Cross Country: The boys came in 2nd at the Regionals meet, winning their golden ticket to the final. Along their side, on the girls team, Annabel White and Ginger Pierce made it into the final as well.
