Moore War assembly 9-23-22 at Westmoore Jag Arena

Jags are back! On Friday, September 23, Westmoore hosted its 35^th Moore War assembly.  The school’s football team played against Moore High School, hoping for an evening win. Moore War was a big hit this year; very exciting to see things return to normal.

In the picture attached, you can see how the freshman is covering a football player with toilet paper in the background, showing their excitement. We had the opportunity to interview freshman football player Tristan Johnson in the minion cape. “I thought it was funny to put the costume on,” Johnson said.

“It was so fun, exciting for everyone to see it the first time,” freshman pom member Madelyn Lee said.
